great location comfortable beds easy access cozy area
The hotel's location is great. Shops and restaurants were a short walk away. my room had comfortable beds and pillows ensuring good rest. the elevators provided easy access to rooms. the communal area was large and cozy.
The room had a slight odor upon arrival. It might have been from cleaning products.

The staff assisted with luggage and even brought it across the street to the train station. i found this help quite useful. I appreciated the extra assistance, especially with the short distance and heavy bags.
